These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jollybet platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jollybet (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the jollybet platform, duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
[2.1] Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the jollybet Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. jollybet strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
[2.2] Philippine Residency. The jollybet Platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Philippines. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and may result in account closure.
[2.3] Verification. jollybet reserves the right to suspend any Account pending identity and age verification. Players may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID) and proof of address. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the specified timeframe may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
[2.4] Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jollybet Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
[3.1] Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
[3.2] Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. jollybet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
[3.3] Players must notify jollybet immediately via Live Chat if they suspect their Account has been accessed without authorisation.
[3.4] jollybet accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring an Account to another person is prohibited.
[4.1] All transactions on the jollybet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jollybet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time.
[4.2] Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's Cashier section. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the originating institution.
[4.3] Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available limits set by the payment provider. jollybet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
[4.4] jollybet does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits constitute grounds for account suspension pending investigation.
[4.5] Players acknowledge that withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
[5.1] All promotions and bonuses offered by jollybet are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for the relevant bonus.
[5.2] Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Real Money Balance is always used before Bonus Funds in determining bet deductions.
[5.3] jollybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonus Funds not claimed within the stipulated time frame will expire automatically.
[5.4] Abuse of promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic bonus harvesting strategies, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
[6.1] All bets placed on the jollybet Platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the Player, subject to any technical error provisions below.
[6.2] jollybet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds, on a misquoted event, or as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
[6.3] Maximum win limits per game and per session may apply and are specified within the individual game help files or promotional terms.
[6.4] In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, jollybet's game server records will be used to determine the outcome of any in-progress rounds. jollybet is not liable for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues.
Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following on the jollybet Platform:
jollybet reserves the right to permanently close any Account and forfeit any associated balance where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
[8.1] jollybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from within Account Settings.
[8.2] Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. A Player who has self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. jollybet will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from re-registering, consistent with PAGCOR responsible gaming obligations.
[8.3] jollybet strictly prohibits gambling by persons under twenty-one (21) years of age. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any winnings, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

[9.1] All content on the jollybet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of jollybet or its licensed game providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
[9.2] Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from jollybet.
jollybet collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering on the Platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
[11.1] To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jollybet's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
[11.2] jollybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
[11.3] jollybet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Players use the Platform at their own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the jollybet Customer Support process shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority where the dispute relates to a regulated gaming matter.
jollybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where amendments are material, jollybet will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or Platform notification.
